Recipe for Jerk chicken

This is one of my favorite recipes to make four servings of jerk chicken

1 medium onion quartered
1 garlic clove halved
1 Scotch bonnet chile (very hot) or 2 serrano chiles quartered
1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tbsp light brown sugar
1 tbsp vegetable oil (canola or safflower)
1 tsp ground allspice
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/4 tsp ground clove
1/4 tsp cinnamon
4 skinless chicken breast halves or try pork ribs

Marinate meat overnight and then grill or barbecue.  I found the meat was moister grilling than bbq-uing.
